A design-led feature that turns a photographed page into a living plan.
A net-new feature none of our competitors had.
This was a true differentiating feature, and the idea was design-led, and I drove it from the start. We noticed providers were recording treatment plans on paper. Clients took them home and lost them. So providers started photographing the paper into the client chart, but a static image can't be used in any meaningful way, and it can't evolve across a client's visits.

A plan that grows with the client.
We built an easy system for creating treatment plans, where a provider adds the services they offer and the plan evolves through the course of treatment. Crucially, everything is structured and personalized per client:
- Capture each client's concerns and goals up front.
- Record suggested treatments with a recommended frequency and notes, customized for that client.
- Build a retail plan history that helps clients reach their goals and, just as importantly, supports medspa revenue.

Strong, immediate traction.
These are first-week, post-launch numbers. Beyond the metrics, treatment plans became a pillar of the company's new go-to-market positioning around clinically led growth — the story our B2B marketing team now builds the brand around.
The structured plan data now unlocks personalized outreach.
Because concerns, recommended services, frequency, and notes are all structured per-client data, that foundation can drive individualized outreach — nudging each client toward the treatments their own plan recommends. We're currently in the design phase, turning the plan into an engine for clinically led growth.
